$5 per Notary Act/Stamp

$25 and Up Traveling Fee 

$25 Per Witness per hour  

$50 per hour charge after 10pm-6am for after hours

Fees may vary for last minute/rush request (2 hours or Less Notice)

Acceptable Forms of Identification

According to Virginia law, signers must personally appear before the notary and present a government-issued photo identification. The name on your ID must match the printed name on your document. 

Identity shall be ascertained by examination of one or more of the following nine unexpired documents:

1. United States passport

2. United States passport card

3. Certificate of United States citizenship

4. Certificate of naturalization

5. Foreign passport

6. United States green card with photograph

7. State-issued driver's license

8. State-issued identification card

9. United States military identification card
